Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by EPC Survey Norfolk.
1. Services
EPC Survey Norfolk provides Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential properties in Norwich and surrounding areas.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of the survey unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are clearly stated with no hidden fees.
3. Property Size and Pricing
Standard pricing applies to typical residential properties.
Properties over approximately 150 square metres may incur an additional charge due to the increased time required to complete the assessment.
Any additional cost will always be clearly communicated and agreed in advance before the appointment.
4. Access to Property
The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas of the property.
This includes loft spaces (where accessible), heating systems, and meters.
If access is not possible, the EPC may be delayed or require a revisit (which may incur an additional fee).
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee to cover time and travel.
6. EPC Delivery
EPCs are typically lodged on the national register within 24–48 hours of the survey.
A copy can be provided via email.
7. Accuracy of Information
The EPC is based on a visual inspection and the information available at the time.
EPC Survey Norfolk is not responsible for hidden defects or inaccessible areas.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the cost of the EPC service provided.
No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
